As mentioned above, we’re classified as a PUD and will have varied types of residences. There are four planned phases in all of Cross Creek. In Phase I (blocks 1, 2, and 3) all homes will be single family detached only and will be 2200 sq. ft. or larger. An average of completed homes in Phase I is easily over 3,000 sq. ft. Homes in Phase II (blocks 4, 5, and 6) will be as in Phase I, except for the properties in block 6. These twenty Block 6 properties are single family detached townhomes, have been named 'Cross Creek Garden Villas', and include private courtyards. Our townhome products will include lawn care provided by the HOA. While streets and utilities have already been extended to Phase III property, the developer has not made final decisions on the exact types, sizes, and styles of residences to be included there.
